  • All candidates are advised to do fresh registration OTR on new website.
  • All applications for future upcoming examinations are required to be submitted online through new website only.

  • Old OTR will not be functional for the new website.
  • Once an OTR has been generated on the new website, will continue to remain valid for all the examinations to be applied for on the new website.
  • OTR on the old website shall continue to remain valid for accessing various functionalities, if required on the old website.
  • Notices published on the new website will have a provision of capturing of live photographs of the candidates.
Follow these instruction while taking live photographs:-
  1. Find a place with good light and plain background.
  2. Ensure the camera is at eye level.
  3. Position yourself directly in front of webcam.
  4. Candidates shouldn't wear a cap, mask or glasses/spectacles.

One Time Registration (OTR) contains total four steps.
  1. Personal Details
  2. Password Creation
  3. Additional Details
  4. Declaration
*Keep in mind (while filling upon OTR details, don't try to fill wrong information)

Click on Continue button.

I. Personal Details

1. Click Yes if you have Aadhaar Card and fill your aadhaar card number or click No and continue with other IDs like Driving License, Pan Card and so on.

3. Enter Candidate Name.(same as class 10th marksheet)
4. If you have ever changed your name after class 10th, you can go with option 4 otherwise choose No.
5. Choose your Gender.
6. Enter your Date Of Birth.(same as class 10th marksheet).

7. Enter Father's Name (same as class 10th marksheet and don't add any salutation before name like Mr, Shri, Late, etc.)
8. Enter Mother's Name (same as class 10th marksheet and don't add any salutation before name like Mrs, Smt, Late, etc.)
9. Select Education Board of Matriculation.(Class 10th)

10. Enter Roll Number of Class 10th.
11. Year Of Passing.(passing year of Class 10th).
12. Choose your highest level of Education Qualification.

13. Enter your Mobile Number and validate it by OTP.
14. Enter your Email ID and validate it by OTP.
Click on Save & Next button.

First step i.e. Personal Details is completed.

Now you're registered on SSC new website and allotted with a registration number and password.(You can check your registration number and password on registered phone number and email ID)

Click on Continue button.

II. Password Creation

Enter password (sent by SSC) in Old Password.
Create your New Password.

Password must contains:
  • minimum of 8 characters.
  • one or more uppercase letters.
  • one or more lowercase letters.
  • one or more number.
  • one or more special characters.

Security Question
Don't forget to add some security question. As security question allow you to regain entry to your account if you have forgotten your password and no longer have access to your registered email ID or mobile number.

III. Additional Details

1. Enter your Category.
2. Enter your Nationality.
3. Enter contact details if you're not related to India.

5. Choose Yes in PwBD if any otherwise continue with No.

7. Choose Yes if your present and permanent address is same otherwise continue with No and fill your present address.
Click on Save & Next button.

IV Declaration

Tick on I Agree for the T&Cs.
Carefully Preview OTR. Once you found all the fields are correctly filled, click on Declare button.
