Supreme Court Judges Point of View
A bench of Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice Manoj Mishra said, ordering re-examination will have a serious impact on more than 23 lakh students and will disrupt the educational program. This will have a huge impact for years to come. Acknowledging that there was paper leak in Hazaribagh and Patna centres, the top court said, there is no material on record from which it can be concluded that the result of the examination was rigged or there was any systematic breach in the sanctity of the examination. The bench said, the data on record does not indicate systematic leaking of the question paper.
